How to Rent in 5 Easy Steps

Step 1 – Select Your Rental Dates

Click "Select a rental period: View pricing and availability."

Choose your rental location (Las Vegas or New York) and then select your delivery date/time and pickup date/time. When you're finished, click Apply.

Why this matters: Once your dates are selected, every product on the website will show its available quantity for your event.

Step 2 – Browse Available Products

After clicking Apply, browse any product collection such as:

Mirrors
Platforms & Podiums
Dress Forms
Full Body Mannequins
Hangers
Steamers
Plants
...and many more.

You'll immediately see:

Current availability
Rental price
Product photo

Step 3 – Choose Your Item

Click on any product you'd like to rent.

The product page will show:

Product dimensions
Rental price
Quantity available
Add to Cart button

Adjust your quantity if needed, then click Add to Cart.

Step 4 – Review Your Cart

Your cart will appear on the right side.

Review your order.

If everything looks correct, click Checkout.

Step 5 – Complete Checkout

Then complete the required information:

Full Name
On-site Phone Number
On-site Email
Brand Name
Company Name
Booth Number
Participating Event

Finally, click Continue to Payment to complete your rental.

Can I see availability before ordering?
Yes! Availability updates after you select your rental dates.

Do I have to choose dates first?
Yes. This allows the system to show inventory available for your event.

Can I change my order later?
Yes. Contact us if you need assistance making changes.
