D&B Rental Displays – Rental Terms and Conditions
- Delivery and Pickup: A flat $50 service fee applies to each booking at participating trade shows, consisting of $25 for delivery to your booth and $25 for pickup from your booth, regardless of order size.
- Mannequins: All full-body mannequins must remain fully assembled for pickup. A $50 fee will apply for each mannequin that requires reassembly.
- Damage: Any damage to rental equipment must be reported to D&B Rental Displays immediately.
- Hangers: All hangers must be returned to the D&B customer service desk in their original bags. A $2 fee applies to each missing or unreturned hanger.
- Steamers: All steamers must be returned to the D&B customer service desk. A $300 replacement charge applies to each missing or unreturned steamer.
- Security Deposit: A $50 refundable security deposit is collected per booking. Applicable charges for damaged, missing, or improperly returned equipment may be deducted. Any remaining refundable balance will be processed following inspection.
